HOUSTON, Texas (December 1, 2020) – The chic women of Atlanta know what style is. Now, they’ll be able to use that fashion sense to become a designer for a day at Accel Lifestyle’s two-day pop-up event at Tootsies’ Atlanta location.
In celebration of Accel Lifestyle’s Atlanta debut, the apparel company is holding a pop-up boutique on December 11 and 12 at Tootsies Peachtree Road location from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. With more than 500 patches from which to choose, shoppers will be able to transform Accel Lifestyle’s super soft, anti-bacterial apparel products – including Epic Tees, Power Tanks, Classic Crop Tops, and Prema® Anti-Bacterial Face Masks – into their own custom designs.
“Bringing Accel Lifestyle to Tootsies Atlanta is a dream come true. Tootsies is synonymous with fashion, elegance, and creativity. This will be our first Pop Up outside of Texas and I am wildly excited,” said Accel Lifestyle Founder and CEO Megan Eddings, who will also be on location during the Pop Up. “The customer will be able to become the designer. I always love seeing which patches everyone chooses. We have everything from red lips to flamingos to bulldogs. I am excited to meet you all!”
For the ladies who want to have that perfect pout even while covering their face, Accel Lifestyle’s embroidered ‘red lipstick’ Prema® Anti-Bacterial Face Masks – a Tootsies’ exclusive – as well as select Accel Lifestyle apparel – including custom, one-of-a-kind pieces – will debut at the Atlanta store on December 11. The mask is already available for sale at Tootsies’ Dallas and Houston locations, as well as on Tootsies.com. The apparel company and Tootsies collaborated on the design in celebration of their special relationship.
“The need for masks isn’t going anywhere. If you’re going to have to cover your face, you may as well do it with a germ-fighting fabric that’s incredibly soft against your skin,” Eddings said. “You can kiss ‘maskne’ goodbye!”
Eddings, a chemist by trade, developed Prema® fabric in a quest to create an anti-stink fabric for athletic wear. In the past several months, she has used her creation to manufacture Accel Lifestyle’s Prema® Anti-Bacterial Face Masks for the public and workers on the frontlines of the pandemic. With silver-poly fibers knit right into the fabric, its anti-bacterial properties won’t be washed away. Not to mention, Prema® is made with Supima®, the finest cotton in the world, which is grown right here in the USA.
“Not only are our products fashionable, comfortable, anti-bacterial, and breathable, they are also sustainable. Every aspect of Accel Lifestyle apparel and every decision we make as a company is based on what is best for humanity and the environment.”
